Retudy operates on a model of purchasing a limited number of learning seats for the organization. Learning seats are not permanently tied to an employee but are managed flexibly by the administrator. Businesses can proactively add or remove employee accounts, as long as they do not exceed the number of seats purchased. When an account is removed from the organization, the learning seat is released to be allocated to another employee. A removed account cannot be added back to the same organization for 12 months.
