Overview of training program implementation
The training course was designed as a pilot program with the following objectives:
- Assessing the suitability of AI and Microlearning models in soft skills training for university students.
- Observe the learners' learning behavior, level of completion, and effectiveness in acquiring knowledge.
- Gather real-world feedback to refine the RETUDY platform and guide its scalability in higher education environments.
The program involved 23 students and 7 PTIT lecturers, where students not only learned but also played the role of experiential participants and provided feedback on the platform's development.
Throughout their studies, students participate in live courses on the RETUDY platform with:
- The microlearning video system is concise and focuses on individual skill-based content.
- Interactive quizzes follow each lesson, combining progress tracking and AI-powered grading.
- Interactive features such as leaderboards, mini-games, and learning progress statistics help maintain daily motivation for learning.
- The faculty and project team provided support, answered questions, and recorded feedback throughout the process.
Results achieved after the course
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
- The group achieving the maximum score (30 points) represents a significant proportion, reflecting the learners' strong comprehension and serious commitment to the task.
- The group scoring between 20 and 28 points is the largest, indicating that the majority of students have mastered the course content and successfully completed the assessment requirements.
- The group scoring below 20 points represents a lower percentage, mainly consisting of cases where students have not kept up with the pace or have not fully participated.
The learning outcomes show that the majority of students achieved a good to excellent level or higher, demonstrating the initial effectiveness of the AI-based soft skills training model on the RETUDY platform.
LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION & COMPLETION OF THE COURSE
- 89.3% of students participated, only 10.7% did not participate → a positive response rate for the program.
- This shows that the RETUDY platform has the ability to engage learners right from the start.
- The majority of students completed 100% of the course; only a small percentage did not.

Key feedback from students and faculty
At the concluding session, students and faculty actively shared numerous suggestions regarding the learning experience, level of interaction, and effectiveness of the platform-based training model. The feedback focused on proposing adjustments to better suit learners' needs, contributing to improved learning quality and program applicability.
Recognition, awards, and commemorative gifts
During the closing ceremony, the organizing committee presented commemorative gifts and awards to recognize the efforts and academic spirit of the students.

🌟 5 Outstanding Results Awards: Students answered all 30/30 questions correctly.
🎓 17 Participation Awards: For students who fully complete the course.

The training course's closing session demonstrated the clear effectiveness of the AI & Microlearning application model in training soft skills for PTIT students. With high participation and completion rates, along with positive learning outcomes, the course provided a flexible, accessible learning experience that suited the current learning habits of students.
In particular, the candid feedback and practical suggestions from students and faculty are crucial for RETUDY to continue refining its platform, aiming to expand and apply this model in subsequent training programs within the higher education environment.
