Job description

  • Developing and implementing a business strategy for the Retudy platform (B2B: businesses, organizations, training institutions).
  • Search, develop, and manage key accounts.
  • Lead and develop the business team:
    • Recruitment, training, and mentoring of sales personnel
    • Establish KPIs, monitor and evaluate effectiveness
  • Directly participate in important business activities:
    • Consulting digital training solutions (AI, nano-learning, gamification)
    • Product demo, presentation, contract negotiation
  • Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to develop solutions tailored to each customer segment.
  • Build and optimize the sales process (sales funnel, CRM, pipeline).
  • Gather market feedback, propose product improvements and business strategies.

Request

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the B2B business sector (preferably SaaS, EdTech, corporate training).
  • Have experience managing a sales team or equivalent position.
  • Solution selling skills and working with corporate clients.
  • Leadership, training, and team development skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Has strategic thinking, understands the market and customer behavior.
  • Knowledge of training, digital transformation, AI, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.

Time

  • Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
